I will accept a $100 Non-Refundable Deposit on a puppy of your choice, until they reach 7-8 weeks of age for toy size and 6-7 weeks of age for miniture size. At that time the balance should be paid in full. If paying by check, the puppy will not be released until the check has cleared. If a person should change their mind about the puppy, then the deposit will be Non-refundable.

I agree to treat this pet as a family member. Schnauzers are usually considered to be in-door pets, but they definitely need outside time. They love the exercise that being outside allows them. I agree to provide adequate fencing, outdoor exercise time, appropriate food and water, annual visits to a veterinarian to receive all appropriate vaccinations, and all general care needed to maintain a happy and healthy life.
If for some reason you can no longer care for your schnauzer pet, contact us before making any decisions. We will try to place them for you or it may be possible that we could take them for you.
Each new family owner will be given 48 hours, after taking ownership of their new schnauzer to a licensed veterinarian to evaluate their new puppy. Each of our puppies is given a worming series beginning at 2 weeks of age. And will be given until a month old, then once a month you should have your vet worm them. Please inform your vet that the first puppy shot was given at the age of 6 weeks. The vaccines given will be in your puppy’s health record book.
We have worked diligently to keep our puppies in clean, well-kept areas in order to raise the best possible schnauzers. We have raised them in our home and have loved and cared for them like our own children. Please inform us immediately if you Vet should find anything life threatening. With a Vet certificate we will replace your puppy with a littermate. If a replacement IS NOT available, we will then and only then refund in full the purchase price of your puppy. This is only within the first 48 hours after leaving us. Our guarantee also covers any genetic defect for up to one year from date of adoption. A statement from the Vet stating the defect will be required. We will then attempt to place another puppy from another litter in your home within 1-6 months.
No other type of refund will be given, and breeder is not responsible for vet bills incurred.
